What types of projects is Kawana Flooring equipped to deliver?

We work across residential construction, multi-residential developments, commercial projects, healthcare, education and hospitality. Our experience ranges from bespoke homes through to large-scale apartment and developer-led projects across Southeast Queensland.

Can you manage large-scale and multi-stage flooring projects?

Yes. Kawana Flooring works with more than 200 residential builders and completes flooring for around 60–80 homes each week. With more than 25 professional installation crews, we have the capacity to manage large projects, staged programs and high-volume construction schedules.

What parts of the flooring package can you manage?

We can assist with product selection, estimating, supply, floor preparation, removal of existing flooring and installation. Our team works across a wide range of flooring systems including engineered timber, hybrid, vinyl planks, carpet, carpet tiles and commercial sheet vinyl.

Do you work directly with builders, developers and project managers?

Yes. A significant part of our work is delivered in partnership with builders, developers and construction teams. We can assist from early planning and product selection through to pricing, scheduling, installation and completion.

What experience do you have with apartment and multi-residential developments?

Kawana Flooring has extensive experience across large residential and multi-residential developments, including projects delivered with builders and developers such as Stockwell, Walter Iezzi, RCQ, Binah, Tomkins, Devcon, Cube and others.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial project work?
