We'll talk through your space, your lifestyle and your budget so we understand what you actually need before anything else happens.

Once we understand your space, we'll help you narrow down the right flooring for your needs. Hybrid, timber, vinyl, carpet… we stock them all and have no ties to any brand or manufacturer, so our advice is genuinely independent. Most people find the decision is much easier once they've handled the samples in person. We'll send you home with the ones that are in the running.

Before we commit to anything, we carry out a free on-site assessment. We check subfloor condition, moisture levels, height transitions between rooms, and any site-specific factors that affect the installation. This step is what separates a flooring job that looks great on day one from one that still looks great in ten years. Your quote is fixed from here. No surprises!

Our installers are experienced tradespeople who've been fitting floors across Southeast Queensland for years. We schedule around you, arrive on time, and complete every trim, threshold and finish to a standard we're prepared to put our name on. Floor protection is laid during the work and removed cleanly. You walk in at the end to a finished floor, not a work in progress.

The job doesn't end at installation. Within a fortnight you'll receive your product care guide, warranty documentation and any manufacturer materials. We follow up to make sure you're happy. If anything needs attention in the first year, we handle it directly. Long-term, we're here for maintenance advice, repairs, or when it's time for the next room.
